Alexandria Young, LCSW, PMH-C, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified Perinatal Mental Health professional. She is also a proud mother after walking through her own journey with infertility; an experience that deeply informs her work and fuels her passion for supporting others.
Alexandria began her career working with youth and families impacted by trauma in both community-based and clinical settings. Over time, she transitioned, and now specializes in perinatal mental health, trauma recovery, and coming-of-age issues. She works with individuals, teens and families navigating infertility, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, identity development, and major life transitions.
With a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centered approach, Alexandria is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space for all clients. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing is possible and that each person’s story deserves to be honored with care and respect.
