Pregnancy Loss Recovery Program
This is a structured support group for individuals who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss. Designed to provide a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment, the group offers space to process grief, share experiences, and engage in evidence-based strategies for emotional healing.
Each session follows a trauma-informed, professionally developed curriculum that integrates psychological support with practical tools for coping and recovery. Through guided discussions, reflective activities, and peer connection, participants are supported in navigating grief, building resilience, and moving toward personal healing.
Bloom Infertility
Bloom Infertility is a 7-week, therapist-led support group for individuals navigating the emotional impact of infertility. Guided by a licensed clinical therapist who personally understands this journey, the group offers a structured, empathetic space to process grief, identity shifts, relationship stress, and the complex emotions surrounding infertility. Each session combines evidence-informed therapeutic approaches with open, peer-supported discussion. This is not a space for false hope—it’s a space for real support, shared understanding, and emotional care.
Bonus: One week will be a live Q + A with a medical expert in the field of infertility.
