Kayli is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping women and families navigate life's most vulnerable seasons with compassion, curiosity, and hope. She provides trauma-informed, person-centered therapy with a special focus on pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, loss, and relationship concerns. Kayli believes healing happens within safe, collaborative relationships where clients can reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and the strengths they already possess.

Kayli earned her graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary. Before becoming a therapist, she worked as a Registered Nurse caring for women across the lifespan in a variety of settings, including labor and delivery, gynecology, and fertility. As an IVF nurse, she walked alongside individuals and couples through some of the most emotionally complex seasons of their lives—supporting patients navigating infertility, assisted reproductive treatments, pregnancy loss, and the uncertainty that often accompanies the journey to parenthood. These experiences gave her a profound appreciation for the emotional impact of reproductive health challenges and continue to shape the compassionate, holistic care she provides today. Her nursing background allows her to thoughtfully integrate an understanding of both physical and emotional health into her therapeutic work. She is also a member of Postpartum Support International and is committed to staying current with evidence-based approaches to perinatal mental health.

Kayli's passion for supporting women during pregnancy and early parenthood grew from both her professional experience and her own journey into motherhood. Having witnessed the profound joys, challenges, and complexities that can accompany pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, she is especially passionate about creating a space where women feel seen, supported, and never alone in their experiences.

Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Somatic Experiencing® (Beginning Level trained), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Restoration Therapy. She integrates these approaches through a trauma-informed, attachment-focused lens, helping clients understand the ways their nervous systems, relationships, and life experiences shape their present struggles. Rather than simply reducing symptoms, Kayli works collaboratively with clients to cultivate greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and lasting change.

Outside of the therapy room, Kayli enjoys crocheting, exploring the outdoors, discovering new coffee shops, antique hunting, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
