She Blooms has two locations, both with ample parking available for clients.

What if I don't live in Little Rock or Nashville?

We offer virtual counseling for residents throughout Arkansas and Tennessee using HIPPA compliant software.

Does She Blooms offer medication management?

Yes, outside of our comprehensive counseling sessions, we also offer medication management for individuals that would like to explore if medication is the right option for them. This service is available in Tennessee only.

What can I expect during my first counseling session at She Blooms?

During your first session, you’ll meet with a therapist to discuss your concerns, medical history, and goals for therapy. This initial consultation helps us tailor our approach to your specific needs.

How long is each counseling session at She Blooms?

How many sessions will I need at She Blooms?

The number of sessions varies based on individual needs. Some clients benefit from a few sessions, while others may require ongoing support.

Does She Blooms take insurance?

Some providers do accept insurance, while others are unable to due to their licensure. We invite you to look at our different therapist profiles to see if your insurance is accepted. If we do not accept your insurance, we are happy to provide you with a Superbill at the end of your session.

What is the cost of a therapy session?

The fee for both individual and marital sessions is $130-150. 

What is She Bloom's cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. This policy helps us manage our schedule and provide timely support to all clients.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

At She Blooms, we are committed to transparency in our billing practices. Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate detailing the expected costs of your care. This estimate will include charges for all services provided, and you will receive it at least one business day before your scheduled service. Key points about your Good Faith Estimate:

  • Timing: Delivered at least one business day before your appointment; three business days if scheduled more than 10 days in advance.

  • Accuracy: Reflects expected costs based on your treatment plan; you can dispute charges if the final bill is $400 or more above the estimate.

How does She Blooms ensure the confidentiality of my information?

We adhere to strict confidentiality standards and comply with all relevant privacy laws to protect your personal information. Your sessions and records are kept secure and confidential.

Will my sessions at She Blooms be recorded?

No, we do not record sessions.

Does She Blooms provide resources or referrals to other specialists if needed?

Yes, we can provide referrals to trusted specialists and additional resources to support your overall well-being.
