Benefits of Participating in Support Groups
At She Blooms

Shared Experiences

Our support groups bring together individuals who are facing similar challenges, such as infertility, postpartum depression, pregnancy loss, or menopause. This shared experience creates a strong sense of understanding and belonging, helping participants feel less isolated.

Supportive Community

Being part of a support group provides access to a network of individuals who truly understand what you’re going through. Participants can offer and receive emotional support, share advice, and build lasting connections within a compassionate community.

Diverse Perspectives

Members of our support groups bring a variety of perspectives and coping strategies. This diversity offers valuable insights and practical tips that can help you navigate your own challenges more effectively.

New Mom Support Group

Our New Mom Support group offers compassionate, professional postpartum mental health support for mothers across Tennessee and Arkansas, providing a safe and judgment-free space for new moms to connect and navigate the emotional challenges of motherhood. Led by licensed mental health professionals, the New Mom Support Group helps reduce isolation, build community, and develop practical coping skills while promoting maternal mental wellness.

A Mother and Her Baby

2026 New Mom Support Group Schedule

Group meets every Thursday at 12:00CST.

The transition to motherhood is a profound and life-changing experience, and while it can be deeply meaningful, it can also feel overwhelming, isolating, and emotionally complex. Many new moms struggle silently as they adjust to physical recovery, shifting identities, sleep deprivation, and the mental load of caring for a new baby. You are not meant to do this alone. Community plays a vital role in maternal mental health, offering connection, understanding, and reassurance during this tender season. The New Mom Support Group at She Blooms Mental Health provides a gentle, welcoming space where mothers can share their experiences, feel seen and heard, and build meaningful connections with others who truly understand. This group is free, held virtually so you can participate from the comfort of your own home, and open to all new moms (you do not need to be a current client of She Blooms Mental Health to join). Here, you can find support, encouragement, and a sense of belonging as you navigate early motherhood together.
